What Should I Wear?

Something that is comfortable which means you are ready to move. Generally, ladies wear leggings, T shirt and a sports bra. Gentleman wear shorts or stretchy tracksuit bottoms and a T shirt. We recommend wearing grippy Pilates socks when using the Pilates apparatus.
